What this policy covers
This policy applies to the public informational website for Valbruck. It does not describe the data practices of Project Margin or any future product. Project Margin is a separate product and is currently in private validation.
This marketing website does not process customer Xero data.
Information you provide
The site has no user accounts and no contact form. If you email us, we receive the email address you write from, whatever you include in the message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to read your message, reply, and keep a record of the conversation.
Email sent to Valbruck is handled through Google Workspace.
Technical data
The provider that hosts this website may process ordinary technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. That can include IP address, browser type, device information, the page requested, and the time of the request. Valbruck does not add analytics or advertising tools to this website.
How information is used
We use information to:
- respond to email you send us
- operate, secure, and maintain the website
- keep ordinary business records of correspondence

We keep email you send us for as long as it is needed to carry on the conversation, for ordinary business records, and where a legal obligation applies. Hosting providers keep technical logs according to their own schedules.

We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.

This website does not currently link to third-party websites. Email links open your own mail program. If a link to another service is added later, that service has its own practices, and a link is not an endorsement by Valbruck.
